PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
All new patients are required to pay a £15 deposit to secure their booking. If adequate notice is given, unless due to illness, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so I can fill the appointment from my waiting list.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours, without good reason, will be billed the cost of the booked appointment.
“No shows” will result in the full treatment cost being charged to you before further massage treatment can commence.
